I always look forward to my three months long summer holiday, because this will mean a good opportunity for me to relax and do things that I cannot do during school period. Before my holiday has started, I have made a weekly plan, specifying what I will do in that week. This is because I want to have a productive and meaningful holiday, such that I do not waste my time on repetitive activities everyday. Hence, I have planned to do different things on different days. Like this week I will go to the library to borrow few literature books to keep me occupied when I am bored from study. And the next week, I planned to have a picnic with school friends at the National Park.

However, things do not always turn out the way as I have planned to be. A happy day will be that I have done everything that I have planned of the day, because I feel I am able to keep my commitment and keep up to my own promise. This makes me feel I am a responsible and mature person now.

But a bad day also happens, Like yesterday I was meant to go to my friend's house to play games with him. However, it started to rain hard early in the morning so I could not go due to bad weather. I wished I have seen the weather forcast report. So I could have altered my plan ahead and not wasting my time.

But overall, my summer holiday will be effective and joyful because I am always keeping myself occupied with meaningful activities. I feel great as I am becoming a responsible person who is committing to his promises.
