I am glad to know that you are planning to come to China to take up a teaching position during Summer vocation. The students here really needed someone who can help them to improve their ability of English speaking. With the language study, the speaking always an issue. The students are usually very shy to open their mouth to speak English. They are afraid to make mistakes and make others to laugh about them. There are also lack of opportunities for them to practice oral language. The test system in China is not very emphasis on the area of speaking. Therefore the students here normally couldn't speak English very well. They need practice and encouragement. I believe that you are the one can help them a lot.
