说到人性化管理的利与弊,一方面,任何企业要朝着正规化发展和提升,就不应该,或者应该抛弃人性化这种不可取的管理方式,取而代之的是科学的正规化的管理方式;另一方面,受中国传统文化影响:“员工第一”、“以人为本”成为许多企业崇尚的人性化管理理念,但实际工作中,“员工第一”、“以人为本”却存在许多不尽如人意的地方,管理人员应该如何定义“员工第一”、“以人为本”,如何在实际操作中正确把握“员工第一”、“以人为本”的人性化管理的度,本文结合实际对此问题展开了分析和探讨。 展开
