王家卫的电影《重庆森林》在欧美备受推崇，许多欧美观众在看了《重庆森林》之后，自然也会喜欢上电影里那个古灵精怪的王菲。英国的摇滚乐队J-church就写下了这首《I want to see Faye Wong》，歌词表达了想要见王菲的强烈愿望，最后一句还写到“如果给我一半的机会，我将成为你的梁朝伟”。
