The thing I deal with is as follows:
1) I will make an apologize to manager as I don't send the email to him at the appointed time and the problems occur on me.
2)The reason why I explain to manager is becasue there are some urgent tings need to be done for other programmes and I can't deal with it at the same time, so it leads to be sent the email delayed.
3)I will send the email to him immediately(once).
4)I make a promise that I will deal with him if I meet the simiar thing and make sure it will not be occured the similar thing.
