The Parties agree that where growth targets are used and are legally admissible, historical data agreed between the respective contracting parties in the past may be used for target calculation under this Agreement.

This confidentiality provision shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for two years. All parties shall, and shall procure that each of its employees shall comply in all respects with applicable data protection laws.
