The letter of credit advising charges of first advising bank is usd40.00 I.E. usd35.00 advising comm. plus usd5.00 swift charges and after collecting from the beneficiary, please arrange to remit to the bank of New York Mellon New York for credit their Shanghai branch usd account number 890-0424-834 quoting their adivsing reference.
Presentation of document(s) that are not in compliance with the applicable anti-boycott,anti-money laundering ,anti-terrorism,anti-drug trafficking .Economic sanctions and similar laws and regulations is not acceptable.applicable laws vary depending on the transaction and may include united nations,united states and /or local law.

第一通知行的通知费为40美元（包括35美元的通知佣金及5美元的SWIFT电讯费用），向受益人收取后请汇给纽约银行梅隆公司上海分行，其美元账号为890-0424-834 ，注明其通知参考号。
提交的单据如果不能满足联合国、美国及进口国当地法律规定反抵制、反洗钱、反恐怖、反毒品非法交易，经济制裁等交易，将不会被接受。
