另说明一下由 for 引导的并列句和由 because / as / since 引导的原因状语从句有何区别？若出现在选择题中什么时候用 for ,什么时候用 because / as / since ？

Sam's grandfather has been (dead for) 10 years.
3)John is the cleverest boy in his class.(保持原意)
John is (cleverer) than (any other) boys in his class. (我觉得后面应该是boys,而不是boy)
6)I could hardly see the words on the blackboard clearly.(反意疑问句)
I could hardly see the words on the blackboard clearly,(couldn't I)? 我觉得应该是这样 快忘没了

as:由于,鉴于.主从并重,从句说明原因,主语说明结果.

for:因为,由于.表明附加或推断的理由,补充说明原因,引导的分句前常有逗号,for分句不放句首.

since:因为,既然.侧重主句,主句表示显然的或已知的理由.

because:因为.表直接原因,回答why的提问;一般放在主句之后,也可单独存在.
1.We are looking forward to the Olympic Games,for they have never been held before in this country.
2.We are looking forward to the Olympic Games because they have never been held before in this country.
第一个句子for可以换成because，因为从句在后because有无逗号均可。
第二个句子because不可以换成for，因为从句在后for一定要逗号。

have a great wish for应该是"美好的愿望"的意思吧
