This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto, shall solely control the term of Purchase and Sale of the Commodity hereunder, and supersedes all previous promises, understandings, representations warranties, and agreements, in each case whether oral or written not specifically set forth in this Contract or the Annexes hereto between the parties. Any contrary, different, or added terms in any purchase order, Contract, sales acknowledgment, or other documentation of either party are null and void, shall have no effect, and this Contract shall override any such documentation.
