1，缺乏介词。应该是in which。
2，显然是“因为……的帮助”，所以有个with 啊。。。
3，第三个你题目抄错了吧,the rate __ they are being---
句子的意思是“已经有近千种生物濒临灭绝的危险，并且这一速度还在不断提高。”，应该是at which吧。。。我不是很确定。
4，负责在这个实验室中做研究工作的是这些助理。

好吧。。。LZ你的语法有点问题啊- -。
第一句是个非限制性定于从句，修饰的是drawer，用于对drawer做补充说明。也即“他用来存放珍贵画作和珠宝 的 抽屉。”注意到后面有个被动“ were stored",所以用 WHOM做宾语。如果是which的话应该是 IN WHICH STORED，不存在宾语格式并且少了个介词IN 。
第三个 依然是 。 如果我猜的没错的话， 记住which 使用的时候要注意看看介词缺不缺乏。
第四个我做错了- -……单纯就填空来说我会填”whose responsibility was ", 那个 it 我真不知道代表的是什么- -。
