This year's Chinese New Year will be very exciting! The Chinese New Year is celebrated by nearly every Chinese in the country beacuse it is an important holiday for the people. When we prepare for the new year, first, we clean the house, that includes sweeping and mopping the floor, also wiping the windows. Then we decorate the house with many ornaments (装饰物）such as paper-cutted snow, and other crafts (手工艺品）. Of course, the most imporant part of the New Year is the food, we make special dumplings for dinner, they are very delicious！

Last saturday,my family spent a happy time together.
My parents and I took the bus to our hometown to visit my grandparents and my uncle.I had been to hometown when I am 6. It was such a long time ago so I counld not remember there. At noon, we arrived there.You couldn't imgaine what tremendous changes it had taken place! The village was so beautiful that I forgot to walk.
