7.本句three minutes（三分钟）前面却少了一个prep.（介词）看到了没？而时间前的介词在这四个选项中只有（a）“in” 最符合，你看看原文 （no wrong numbers）中的5,6行就是这样的。
8.第八小题，先给你解释这四个单词的意思吧。another是adj.（形容词）有另一个的含义，但它的前面不能带有修饰词，如：冠词，所有格形容词。等等。nother也是另外的含义，但它的前面却可以带有修饰词。楼主，明白了吧。剩下的两个different（不同的）与题目不符。else虽然它的意思也是其它的，作形容词时，应该放在他所修饰的词和代词之后。 所以只有（b）符合。

in+时间段不是表示在三分钟以后么？第二题为什么不能用another?因为Mr.Scott 只有两个garage啊！
