原定于6月3日出运的香港货物中 如下图 因数量以及重量相似 从而导致两票货物的“air cargo Label”贴错并出运.

货物到达SVO2海关以后 其中的一票货物 无海关查验的情况下 货物正常清关并派送到consignee.

另外一票货物在海关查验时发现与实际货物不符.

了解到之前派送的货物已经投入到生产线上.所以只向海关提供了相应的照片和SAMPLE等证据.

于是海关决定实施PROTOCOL(内部委员会调查)-此项调查需要10左右的时间
SVO2海关最终觉得PROTOCOL(司法处理,罚款,警告)
之后货物清关需要先经过VALUE审议
VALUE的审查将会通过SVO海关内部委员会,或是外部鉴定委员会.并以最终审议的VALUE来进行相应货物的清关.
(现***正在等海关最终结果)

以上情况因我司代理贴错LABEL造成.我们将对相关代理实施 罚款+严重警告的方式.
以避免相同的情况再次发生.

2 shipments scheduled departed on June 3rd were mistakenly labeled to each others' labels besause of similarity of weight and quantity.

When arriving SVO2, one shipment was cleared and delivered to consignee without detailed inspection by customs.

The other one was found unmatched with paperwork.

It is known that the shipment that had been wrongly delivered to consignee has already been used in production. So avidences to customs can only be provided as photos, sample and other possible avidences.

As a result, customs decided to apply PROTOCOL(internal committee investigation), which will normally take 10 days.(working days?)

The air cargo Label(as following ) of the two cargoes scheduled on 3rd June from Hong Kong were wrongly imaged and shipped due to the similar quantities and weights.
After shipping to SVO2 customs, one vote of the cargo was delivered to consignee with customs clearance, while the other vote of cargo was founded to be lack of conformity with actual cargo when was examined by the custom.
Acknowledging that the cargo delivered had already been put into the product line, we provided the image and sample of this cargo to the custom. As a result, the custom decided to implement PROTOCOL.
However, this cargo will be deliberated by the internal committee of the SVO2 custom and be clearance after the internal committee of the SVO2 custom had give us a value of it.
We are looking forward to the final result from the custom.
In view of the foregoing, we shall impose the agency with fine and serious warning to make sure that the similar case would not appear again.
