这道题的混淆点就是介词问题，以及用从句和不用从句说明目的时的用法。
2.D。在situation后面的整个句子都是来说situation 的定语从句，而一般和situation 、condition 搭配的连接词是where，这是固定的。然后固定词组agree with sb. to sth.
