2006年，我有了我的第一份工作，在河南金维科技有限公司做GSM网络优化，一切都从最基础的做起，辛勤的工作使我对通信行业有了更深刻的了解，我非常感谢公司给了我工作的机会，使我走进了通信行业的大门。
.2008,我去了一个新公司，CETC22,也是做网络优化。2009,我做了重庆联通的WCDMA一期工程，这是华为的工程，我从工程开始做到工程结束，测试，调整天线，分析处理问题点，提升全网KPI指标，在这个工程上我熟悉了工程流程，可以从全局把握整个工程的进展。
2011年春节后，做北京移动TD运维优化工程，在此期间，我们重点做了国家会议中心“国家十一五重大科技成果展”的通信保障工作，it is a hard work,so we work hard，展会的顺利进行使我们充满了自豪感。
从2011年5月到现在，做青海省移动TD四期工程优化工程，主要负责：网络KPI提取，结合话统、路测数据、告警对TOPN小区问题分析及定位，通过调整工程参数、小区参数、系统参数等途径使网络性能指标得到提升，在优化覆盖的同时控制干扰和导频污染，对于网络覆盖原因造成的接入、掉话、越区覆盖、邻区漏配、导频污染、切换问题等进行优化
因为离开学校时间较长，同时又没有海外工作经验，所以英语水平不太理想，给一则材料可以读，自己组织语言说不行，但是我愿意提高的自己英语口语水平。
我的业余爱好是炒股和打篮球，炒股教会我控制风险，篮球则让我明白：默契合作的团队可以战胜强大的敌人。

In 2006,I had my first job in Henan Jinwei Technology CO.LTD.The job that I did was about network optimization.As it was my first job and I didn't have related working experience, I had to start from the most basic.Through hard work,I gradually developed a deeper and deeper understanding about the communications industry.I'm very grateful to the company for their giving me the chance to work in the communications fields.
In 2008,I went to a new company-CETC22.There, my job was also about network optimization.In 2009,I took part in the first-stage construction of WCDMA project of Chongqing Unicom.This project was in the charge of Huawei.CO. LTD.From beginning to end,I had done the network tests,adjusted the antenna,analysed and dealt with rising problems and raised the whole network KPI target.From this project,I learnt how a project is runned and became able to grasp the progress of the whole project.
After the spring festival of 2011,I took over an optimization project for Beijing Mobile TD operation and Maintainace.During that project,our focus was on the communication security work of National Eleventh Five-year Major Exhibition of Achievements in Science and Technology held in the State Conference Center.It was hard work,so we worked very hard.The smooth progress of the exhibition filled us with pride.
From May,2011 till now,I've been devoting myself to the fourth-stage construction of Qinghai Mobile TD optimization project.My major work were: Extract network KPI;analyse the problems in TOPN community and spot the locations by combining communication system,drive test data and alarming clock;optimize the network capability by means of adjusting the project parameter,community parameter and the system parameter;control disturbance and pilot frequency pollution while optimizing the signal coverage;optimize problems like the access failure, call failure, over-line coverage, adjacent area affiliation leakage,pilot frequency pollution and switching caused by the network coverage.
As it's been quite a long time since I graduated from school and I don't have any overseas working experience,my use of English is yet to be developed.I can read a given piece of English material but expressing myself in English freely is still a little hard for me.Anyway,I have a strong will to improve my English.
My hobbies are speculating in stocks and playing basketball.The former teaches me how to handle crises and the latter makes me understand that a good teamwork spirit is the key to defeating a powerful opponent!
