因为下月初(1日-8日)是公司财务关帐, 建议会议延期到9日开始. 同时烦请指明需要哪些部门人员参加?
because the month end processing will during 1th and 8th next month, we'd like to change the meeting to 9th August. meanwhile please kindly tell us who need attend the meeting and please provide the meeting agenda in advance.
