Hard to transfer PDF to Doc.
If you have to quote some phrase, u could simply copy and paste.
I've search several web, only pdf version for this book.

dear, I've replied the in previous answer cn version is just soso. What I'm doing now is using the EN version together with the Yale open class video--game strategy, which could be easily downloaded from many websites. If have any problem, I would check back the cn version and search the website.
