"Practice makes perfect"Speak out in your daily life .
1)Chat with your friends in English ,when meet the words you don't know how to say ,just look up dictionary .
2)Download MSN or SKYPE to find foreign friend to chat by phone on the computer .
3)Watch English films with Englsih and Chinese subtitle.That will helps you a lot to learn spoken English.
4)Perservance is the most important thing.
