centos下nginx+php php配置问题（高分悬赏）

php测试页 报错Warning: phpinfo() [function.phpinfo]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. 我几经修改了 php.ini 和/etc/sysconfig/clock 中的时间，但是还是报错

我在上面的环境下配置了cacti 也报错
