定语从句的问题

i will never forget the time when we first met in the park.
i will never forget the time which i spent on campus.
第一句为什么用when，第二句为什么用which。我觉得这两句很像呀~

你可以用“还原法"（忘记叫什么了，我叫还原法）
因为被修饰的中心词（这两个句子就是 time），可以将它放进从句里，看看它是作什么成分，就知道用什么关系词了。
第一句，i will never forget the time when we first met in the park.
还原：i will never forget the time. we first met in the park ( at the time) .
这里将time放入从句之后，其实是作为时间状语，所以用when引导
其实这里也可以用which引导，但前面必须加上介词at which = when
也就是： i will never forget the time (at which) we first met in the park.

第二句，i will never forget the time which i spent on campus.
还原：i will never forget the time. i spent (the time) on campus.
明显time在从句中作为宾语，所以用which来引导
