民营企业在目前的经济发展中有着重要的地位,是目前经济发展的主力军。如何有效的开发和科学合理地管理人力资源是现代民营企业走向成功的关键,为了实现经营目标,计划经济时期的传统人力资源管理模式已不适应企业发展。企业内良好稳定的人际关系,情感上的互动,是管理的主要手段。面对新形势,必须对人力资源进行合理、有效的配置,才能很好地发挥其能力,形成良好的工作团队,从而给企业带来更高的效率,为企业带来更高的回报。否则,人力资源作为企业发展的第一资源将会给企业带来内耗,使投入产出比降低。因此,民营企业应怎样改变人力资源配置问题已成为目前企业面对的一大难题。本文就人力资源管理的配置在我国民营企业中的现状及存在问题进行分析基础上,提出一些管理措施。

Abstract:
Private enterprises in the current economic development has an important position, is the main force of economic development. How effective development and scientific and rational management of human resources is the key to the success of modern private enterprises, in order to achieve business goals, planned economy period of traditional human resource management model can not adapt to the enterprise. Enterprises in good and stable interpersonal relationship, emotional interaction, is the primary means of management. Facing the new situation, must undertake to manpower resource reasonable, effective configuration, can play a very good ability, form a good working team, thereby bringing business to the higher efficiency, for enterprises to bring greater returns. Otherwise, the development of human resources as the first resource will bring to the enterprise internal friction, so that the input-output ratio reduction. Therefore, private enterprises should be how to change the allocation of human resources in enterprises has become a major problem faced at present. In this paper, the configuration of human resource management in our country private enterprise's present situation and the existing problems are analyzed, and put forward some management measures.
