There really exists the size matching problem. And I am so sorry to bring you such a trouble. As you order quantity was comparatively small for the manufacturer，we had to use normal width of the cloth with max cutting width 88cm. The sample cloth is the one with certain elasticity. After embroidery, there exists elasticity on both sides of about 2-3cm. Therefore, the max width of the cloth is 82-83cm. In bulk production, the max width can reach to max of 84x84cm if the cloth is size-pulped, which is the max width of the cloth we can have due to the width of original cloth. Likewise, if we use the size-pulped cloth to make cushions, the max size of them can reach 83x83cm. We hope you could understand us.

We are very sorry for the trouble about fabric size fail to match. Your order quantity is relatively small to fabric factory, so we have to use conventional fabric width of which the maximum tablecloth cuting size is 88CM.

Because the sample are made of elastic fabric embryo, and after embroidery 3CM hem will be removed, following also 2-3CM of retraction, so the maximum size of the finished product is around 82-83CM. In mass production, we use fixed syruped fabric, the maximum size can reach 84X84CM. This is the largest size we can do due to fabric size limitation.

Similarly, if we use fixed syruped fabric for back cushion in production, then the maximum size can be 83CM×83CM.
