1. Nowadays, more students are having birthdays. I believe it is a good thing based on the following reasons. Firstly, it means studetns are paying attention to the importance of themselves, it is good for nurture self-esteem, which is a key aspect of one's personality. secondly, having birthday parties is a good way to gather around with friends or making new friends. it is also good for build one's social abilities.

2. with more and more computer come to our lifes, whether we should play computer games are becoming a hot issue. Many people believe that it is bad for students to play computer games. However, I think playing computer games is good to excise students' way of thinking. And nowadays, many games are combined with historical knowledge or common sense, so it is also a good chance to learn. Of course, students should not be addicted to computer games, otherwise it would be a disaster.
