8. The instrumental motivation refers to the motivation that comes from learning purpose. For example, when you learn English for the purpose of using English as a tool, this motivation is the instrumental motivation. The integrative motivation refers to the motivation that comes from seeking perfection. For example, when you learn English for the purpose of making your self more culturally perfect. this motivation is the integrative motivation.
9. In linguistics, a morpheme is the smallest component of word, or other linguistic unit, that has semantic meaning. As for the question that how many morphemes in English, I can't answer you. It's difficult to give an exact answer, just as to the question that how many words in English. Anyway, we may have definite answer to: how many morphemes are there in a certain word?
10. I'll show you an example. The word "unbreakable" has three morphemes: "un-", a bound morpheme; "break", a free morpheme; and "-able", a bound morpheme. "un-" is also a prefix, "-able" is a suffix. Both "un-" and "-able" are affixes.
I hope my answer will satisfy you.
