一． 教学资源分析
本课内容选自外语教学与研究出版社出版的《新标准小学英语》第八册（一年级起始用），Module 4 Unit1 I love this music.本课的主题 music.主要的语言功能是陈述自己的爱好，了解有关音乐的类型，学会用英语表达自己喜欢的音乐，及谈论与音乐相关的话题。本单元用两个课时完成，本课为第二个课时。
二． 教学目标
1． 知识目标：
词汇：classical music ,traditional music, rock music, pop music, children’s music, zither, violin, drum, guitar
句型：What music do you like?

2． 情意目标：了解有关音乐的知识，培养学生对艺术的热爱

1. Lead in
Step1 Have a free talk.
T: Hello, boys and girls! Do you like “music”? Today we’ll talk about music. Let’s listen to it, ok? (CAI) If you can sing， please follow it. （选择了两首学生非常熟悉的，动感十足的英文歌曲，课堂气氛一下就被调动起来。）

2. Presentation
Step2 T: The songs are very famous. They are pop music. Any other kinds of music do you know? Can you give me an example?（学生在第一课时已经预习，能说出一些。）
S1: classical music

S4:children’s music
T:Different kinds of music have different styles.（用简明扼要的语言向学生介绍这几种音乐类型的特点）
1) Traditional Chinese music: It is from China. It’s peaceful and sweet.
2) Pop music: It is popular.
3) Rock music: It’s noisy and heavy.
4) Classical music: It is classical and elegant.
5) Children’s music: It’s cheerful and easy.
Step3 T: I have a few periods of music. Let’s listen and guess which kind of music is it? (CAI)（这一环节可以检验出学生是否能体会出老师刚说的各种音乐的特点，能否正确判断音乐的类型。）

Step6.You are so good。 You’ve known much about music. There is a little super star in our school. He is interested in music. He knows some other kinds of music. (Jazz ,R&B, Soul , Blues, Hi-hop…) Let’s welcome him to give us a speech. If you have any questions , you can ask him. （请本班的一位超级音乐发烧友，用英语说说他所知道的其他的音乐类型，扩大学生的知识面。不明白的地方其它学生可以向他提问，他将给予现场回答和举例，在上课时，这个互动环节反响非常热烈。）

Step9 Music is fantastic. All kinds of music are special. You can enjoy yourself from music. If you’re happy, you can listen to all kinds of music. It will bring you happiness. If you’re unhappy, you can listen to pop music, and rock music. It may encourage you. And also we can learn English from English songs, right?

通过这个案例，我分析了以下几个特点：
1．采用了“以学生为主体，以主题为线索，以活动为中心”的课堂教学模式。即紧紧围绕话题，由浅入深开展知识教学，由低到高进行能力培养。以主题统领学习和课堂活动，使学生在课堂上有事可做，有感而发，学以致用。成功的培养了学生的兴趣和成就感。
2．精心设计的活动既有趣又有新意，如：学生就这个话题演讲后，学生提问，生生之间的互动使学生参与课堂的积极性得以激发，学生的主体地位得以充分发挥。请学生给名曲，再次配乐，使得课堂变得趣味无穷。
3．注意了学科与学科之间的相互联系，相互交叉，相互渗透。补充了与之相关的很多音乐的知识，大量的音乐视听，给人以强烈的视觉和听觉的刺激，吸引了学生注意力，烘托了气氛，也达到了很好的教学效果。
