析：all 与not连用是部分否定，不论all的位置出现在最前面还是后面。
相比较之后，感觉B还有点靠谱。将 all he said 当成一个整体，指他说的所有的话。

我的观点就是：题目生造，不好。我是老师，我不会让学生做这种题的。高考也不会考这种题。
属于怪题，脱离生活的题句。只求考题的复杂，不考虑语言的简洁明了。
但如果是学生，没有办法，有时模拟考，期末考可能会遇到这种题，那就选B吧。最佳嘛。
