谢谢大家的回答，现在行车使用很频繁。无法长时间停电更换断路器。现装备把行车电源直接拉至配电房抽屉上直接供电，如果不跳闸说明问题出在总电源电缆或断路器上。

问题已经解决：更换了配电箱的进线断路器后跳闸现象消失，已经近一星期没有跳闸。所以先前怀疑断路器内部绝缘击穿现象是对的。

1、把三级空开照要求换新(一定要一起换)。(因为行车供电是三相电,空开只要有一相接触不良,别二相就会电流过大,造成空开过热而跳闸)
2、检查各线路接点好不好。(因为时间长了、大电流通个,有可能接触不良)
