As we all know, every one has too much pressure in daily life. What's the importance is to how to deal with it . To begin with, we can listen to the music, watch TV and so on. In addition, we can go out for a walk. We should do more sports to relax oueselves, Last but not the least , we should exchange our opinions with our best friends including our parents and teachers. We need not have a chat on the line all the day. we are nor supposed to play computer games all night. On the contrary , we should get the answers and solution from our books and knowledge.

we all have pressure these days, but we should learn how to deal with them.
For me, when i feel stressed, i often listen to music. music really helps me relax. And i also turn to my parents and friends for help. I can tell them my trouble and they can help me a lot.
I think pressure is not always a bad thing. it can help us get more motivated and energitic. but we can't feel overwhelmd by it. so learn to release you pressure while having a good control over it.
