I am from Mianyang, Sichuan.
My hometown is one of the best place for residence in China with very comfortable climate for all seasons as shown on the following picture: 
In winter, it is a not as cold as other parts in China with temperature always above zero; And in summer, it is not hot at all because its special location.
When compared with the climate in winter, it is about three degrees higher for the termperature in spring; In autumn, it is warm but not not hot at all.
In conclusion, there is really pleasant weather for all the year round in Mianyang.
