1.里面可能混有少量的PC材料,如果用来生产的话,可能会使注射机喷嘴堵死,因为在POM的成型温度下少量混有的PC料还处于固体状态,从而导致喷嘴堵死.
2.里面可能混有少量的AS材料,如果用来生产的话,可能会使产品产生银丝,因为在PC成型温度下AS会发生降解产生气体,导致银丝产生.
3.这些是所有开机不良品的回料,里面材料的种类比较杂,可能有PC,AS,POM等.所以不能用于生产.
4.这是开机前的料块,里面有很多异物,所以不能用与生产.

1)It may mix a little PC material. It could give rise to the injection machine blocked off as the enjection tempreture for POM material with a little PC material are still solid condition that can lead to the injection nozzle blocked off.

2)It may mix up a little AS material. It could give rise to produce silver wire for the products as the enjection tempreture for PC could make AS material occur degradation and gas.

3)These are the defective and returned material made by machine and the material type are complicated, such as:PC, AS, POM and so on. So it can not be used to produce.

4)This is the material lump which has a kinds of foreign matter and so it can not be used to produce.

1. There may be mixed with a little PC material, if used for production of words, may make the injection machine, because in removing all the nozzle of POM molding temperature a PC material under mixed some still is in solid state, thus leading to change the nozzle.
2. There may be mixed with a little AS material, if used for production, it might have made the product produce, because in the PC AS forming temperature will happen AS degradation produce gas, AS to produce.
3. These are all bad product back on thought, it the sort of material are more diverse, there may be a PC, AS, POM, etc. So can not be used in production.
4. This is the boot of material before piece, there are a lot of foreign bodies, so you can't use and production.
