基本上没什么错误，但是习惯英文的基本上不会这么说，所以我小小修改了一下：
Take the time you spend on ridiculing and reproaching at others to get a clear understanding of yourself. Look down upon others will not elevate you, it just makes you look meretricious(虚有其表). The so-called success is to let you live freer and more tolerant with full of vitality and fearless.
