xp win7 双系统 如何用ghost备份WIN7 ?

C盘是XP，老早的时候装完后就ghost备份了。
安装WIN7旗舰版。
D盘是之后，在XP桌面下虚拟光驱装的WIN7。
开机是win7和“早期版本的什么什么d”的菜单，两个系统都可以进去。

现在问题是，进入win7启动菜单后发现屏蔽了XP的系统盘（C盘），并将（xp系统下）D盘变成C盘。

请问高手这该怎么备份呢？用深度一键还原启动后无法还原。。。感激不尽。。。。
