经常上夜班是对人生物钟的一个挑战,如果一周两次夜班,我有经验,我做护士的,三班倒,我坚持做FACIAL,及每天使用眼霜,下班后补足睡眠,平时多吃水果及蔬菜,每天喝点红酒,当然如果上班时允许,可以带点果汁喝,很不错

其实多睡觉时最好的保养方法,因为在休息的过程中,人体自身的免疫系统增强,虽然你上夜班,但是任然还是要多休息啊!平时注意补水!

平时可以吃点保健品,比如维生素E,它有助益延缓皮肤的老化和黑色素的沉淀。
