1. Begin with your managerial profile from the start of the course. Discuss your relative strengths/weaknesses in each of the four competing value areas.
2. Provide a current (week 8) managerial profile. Discuss the changes in each of the four competing value areas.
3. How was your group most helpful to you? What did you contribute to the other members of your group? What would you do differently next time with the group?
4. Construct a managerial profile that indicates your goal for the next few years. How will you make those changes?
5. Identify some take-aways from this course. When you are a leader in a change situation, what is most important for you? When you are a follower in a change situation, what is most important for you?
