因为你的摄像头是免驱动、即插即用型，所以和摄像头驱动没有关系。
我估计应该是主板驱动程序的原因。
取下摄像头，进入设备管理器，卸载主板驱动程序，然后重启电脑。
装上摄像头，重新安装主板驱动，问题应该可以解决

关闭DEF即可
步骤：
1、打开一个文件夹，鼠标点击“工具”菜单－－－文件夹选项－－－查看－－点选“显示所有文件和文件夹”、“隐藏受保护的操作系统文件”
前面去掉勾选，点击“应用”按钮，确定退出。
2、到C盘根目录下找到boot.ini文件，右键单击该文件选择“属性”，然后取消选择“只读”。
你就可以用记事本来对它进行编辑，打开
boot.ini
，找到其中的一段“noexecute=optin
/fastdetect”
把
/noexecute改为/execute，保存。
然后重新启动机器。这样就可以关闭数据执行保护
(DEP)机制。
或者把“/noexecute=optin
/fastdetect
改为
noexecute=AlwaysOff
，保存并重启。
