儿童肥胖已经成为生活中越来越常见的现象。肥胖儿童的健康令其父母担忧。据调查发现，肥胖儿童大多数好吃懒做，常患感冒等疾病，有的甚至影响到智力发育和学习成绩。请根据所学知识，写一篇100字左右的英文报道，并向家长提出以下建议：
1.帮助孩子认识到健康的重要性。
2.告诉孩子少吃含脂肪多的食品，多吃蔬菜等。

Children‘s Fatness has become a usual phenomenon in our daily life。Parents are very worried about their kids' health。It's reported that most fat Children are shiftless，and they usually have fevers and other diseases。Some cases even affects Children’s intelligence development and study。
In order to Prevent the phenomenon enlarging，Parents should make their kids get conscious of Health。Tell them not to eat high-fat food and encourage them to eat more Vegetables。
