随着双语教学实验的深入和推广,从最初实施双语教学实验到政策上的支持,已成为国家教育改革的重要组成部分。说明了国家对双语教育的重视。中国双语教育研究会会长、中国教育学会中育双语教育研究中心主任张志远2X(拓年4月26日在第二届全国双语教学研讨会(上海)上说:双语教育政策是国家语言教育政策的组成部分,是双语教育发展的重要依据。这也说明,双语教育己经从政策上获得了更有力的支持,而不再是某些学校的实验行为。由此,也将使双语教育从表层描述、个案探究、经验总结向深层研究,理论整合的方向发展,从而逐步形成学习吸收国外成熟双语教学理论经验,结合中国实际情况、有效指导中学双语教学的双语教学理论。我们广大双语教师在这些理论的指导下必然会取得更大的成绩。
2双语教学的师资水平会显著提高。
经过双语教学实验的锤炼,经过高校或聘请高校教师和外籍教师对双语教师进行培训,经过新招高校双语专业毕业生从事双语教学,相信会有更多英语水平高,学科知识强的复合型教师加入到双语教学行列中。
