1.want washing和want to be washed都可以。答案里面如果两个选项都有那么两个选项都可。因为want doing=want to be done。表示sth需要或者应该怎么样。
2.这是个表语从句。按照句子意思理解的话是carry没错。句子意思大概是[问题是在哪里开始执行这个试验]
3.surprised at the way the questions were put是插入语啊。你把它去掉的话填not know句子从语法上就不完整了。
4.whistle与lulu是主动关系，所以用现在分词形式。turning也是如此
5.exhauste与jim是动宾关系所以应该用exhausted。
6.he是主语。句子中已经有sent这个动词了，所以hope是非谓语动词。而he与hope 之间是主动关系，所以用hope 的现在分词形式。。
