0. Dear后面最好有收信人的名字，如果实在没有，也要加上一个逗号。

1. 如果我来翻译，我绝不会加上Hello!

2. ...，既然是向其解释因为一直出差随意没有回信，那么加上now，翻译过来的意思应该该是我正在公差...因此am的时态不对。

3. 如果是我，我会写I had a business trip, sorry to reply you late.

4. "谢谢你的关心"这句话你没有翻译出来。

5. 希望Lucy, Lily能和大家越来越融洽翻译成I am so happy to see that Lucy and Lily have such a great time with all of you很是勉强。

6. I really do appreciate 是比较正常的说法，但是把do放在really之前也不妨碍交流。只是觉得像我们用汉语不说“你请坐”，而说“请坐，你”。
