Fast food, this word was born in America. It was popular since 21st century. It means restaurants make food quickly and people eat food by their fingers. People are living in a much faster society now they do not have time slowly enjoy their food while chatting, especially during lunchtime, which leads to the rapid growth of fast food industrial.
Since China opened himself up to the outside world, the economy has been soaring rapidly. And Chinese people's life has been improving so far as well. So people would like to make their life more colorful. For most Western countries are developed nations, naturally, they affect China so much, with their history, culture, civilization and their lifestyles.
For instance, Western fast food has invaded in China. KFC and McDonald’s firstly took anabasis and seized most parts of China. Now they have their own branch stores in every city around China. Since then, more and more Chinese people especially children; love going to KFC or McDonald’s to enjoy their favorite food. And it is also the ideal place for boys and girls who are falling love in with each other.
But why the Western fast food does become so popular in China? For their delicious tastes, dining convenient or their full of western smell, It seems that there is no one can give the best answer clearly. In my opinion, all of these contributed to the success of western fast food in China.
