安逸的环境待得舒服了习惯了，每天拍拍照片，读读文章，看看视频，好不惬意。可是我也有因为害怕而一直逃避的事情。我害怕知道自己的网球水平比很多人都低，所以逃避打比赛。害怕知道自己英语写作和口语实在退步得厉害，所以逃避丢开模板练习。这都是小事，但是这都是懦弱和短视。
自知者英，自胜者雄。不经常经历一些小的挑战，如何面对日后的大挑战；不经常磨砺自己，如何成长为厉害的人物。所以，想要成长，就不能懦弱，不能后退，要勇敢，要把握大局，不能因为小小的怯懦而止步不前。
