[摘要] 目的 观察脑心通治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选择我院冠心病心绞痛98例,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组48例。治疗组用脑心通胶囊3粒,一日三次口服,消心痛片10毫克,一日三次口服,心痛定片10毫克,一日三次口服,塞宁片25毫克,一日一次口服;对照组用复克方丹参片3片,一日三次口服, 消心痛片10毫克一日三次口服,心痛定片10毫克,一日三次口服,塞宁片25毫克,一日一次口服,30d为一疗程。结果 治疗组与对照组症状改善总有效率分别为95.32%和78.66%,两组患者疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);心电图心肌缺血改善总有效率分别为,71.05%和47.33%,两组比较心肌缺血改善有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑心通组治疗冠心病后临床症状及心电图心肌缺血改善,明显优于对照组。
