企业文化是一种以团队价值共识为本的管理理论，它对一个企业的可持续发展具有基础性的作用。企业文化建设作为现代企业管理的重要内容，对企业的长期经营业绩有着重大作用，也是企业持续、快速、协调发展的重要保证。高度重视并切实抓好企业文化建设，将全面提升企业核心竞争力，为企业健康发展注入持久的推动力。企业文化对企业的道德、规范以及习俗等会产生长远而深刻的影响，是企业发展的润滑剂，推动企业长期稳定的发展。
动漫产业日益升温，但令人困惑的是，众多的动漫公司却并未得到长足的发展。动漫产业投入多、成本高、投入大、生产周期长、资金回收慢。发展新兴产业，热情积极固然重要，理性与科学更是其持续健康发展的重要保证，当前中国动漫的市场培育不健全，产业链不完整，作为产业运营真正主体的企业，求生存是首要法则，而发展盈利需要有顺畅的融资渠道。
越来越多中小企业意识到发展企业文化的必要性，但在建设过程中仍不够重视、缺乏特色、流于形式、家族化，影响了企业文化的质量。对此，中小企业应认识到企业文化带来的“链条效应”，建设好企业文化，推动企业可持续发展。
