5. Approvals
Each party is responsible for obtaining any approvals necessary in China or Australia in respect of any use or application of exchanged technologies. Such approvals will include, but not be limited to, import, customs and quarantine requirements.
6. Confidential information
Each party and its representatives shall ensure that it keeps confidential all information designated as confidential by other party that it acquires as a result of any dealings with that party.
