Contractor commits to finish the manufacturing of the tool(milestone 1) according to the updated time schedule 27.09.2007 at latest.

The invoice of the Contractor takes to consideration the payment made to the Subcontractor.

All other provisions as agreed between REHAU and the Contractor as well as the Contractor and the subcontractor remain unaffected.

承包人承诺根据更新的时间表，最迟在2007年9月27日完成工具的制造（里程碑1）。
承包人的发票需考虑到给分包人的酬劳。
所有其它的条款由REHAU和承包人之间达成协议，且承包人和分包人不会受到影响。
根据2007年4月19日协定的购销合同5/2704规定的交货日程表，承包人延期了。
