I have a healthy lifestyle.I exercise every day .Exercising is good for my health.I like drinking milk very much, Because it is good for my health.I also eat vegetables for three meals.I enjoy meat and fish .But I eat them three times a week,I never eat them too much every time.As for junk food ,I like it very much.because it is very delicious.I try to eat it once a week. I know eating junk food is bad for my health.I eat some fruit every day.I like apples best of all the fruit.
