In my mind, the ideal model of a teacher should be very patient with their students, and at the same time, they know how to help their students to "expand" their potentials. Although it sounds very simple, it's very difficult to be consistant as a teacher. I understand that teachers are facing lots of frustrations everyday. Unlike a position such as customer service, you may eventually quit it and just do something else, no one will get actual harm from it. However, if a teacher becomes very inpatient with his/her students, he/she may acutally "harm" the students mentally. And of course, this may "hang around" with the students forever. So being an ideal teacher, it's a very tough job. I wish all my teachers can be like this, and I will deeply appreciate all of their efforts.
