企业员工培训是现代企业治理的重要环节,它的意义就在于为企业自身培养了高素质的人才,使工作效率提高,成本降低,并提高了企业自身培养了高素质的人才,使工作效率提高,成本降低,并提高了企业对人才的吸引力。但是我国民营企业的员工培训治理还处于起步阶段,培训体系还不完善不成熟,并且在操作中由于熟悉上的误区导致了许多问题的产生。
因此,本文针对我国民营企业员工培训现状、熟悉上的误区以及出现的问题,描述了企业员工培训的重要性和操作流程,并在此基础上猜测了我国民营企业员工培训未来的发展趋势。然后,结合兴盛柯企业实际,分析了该企业人力资源培训状况,阐述了人力资源及人力资源培训的现状和特点。同时针对兴盛柯企业人力资源培训存在的问题进行分析。最后,本文提出了解决问题的对策。
