time goes by，we have a new term what is last for junior high school.we are under too much pressure.so we will be stressed out.in fact,sports is really relaxing,and it is important to exercise for us.

we are learn the skills of sport that because take half of grades.of course
exercise make us to be more and more healthy.we can have a better sleep.if we are happy we will study better.
sports can make our life wonderful .
