1 SAT语法中比较的对象是要一样的，这里larger的比较对象是territory 所以than 后面跟的应该是和territory 性质相同的名词。原句中than后面是一个if引导的条件状语从句，是一个句子，所以不对。而正确答案简化后是territory larger in area than (A,B,andC) combined 其中A B C均为territory，而这里的combined是A,B,andC的补语，不是谓语。

2 这里牵涉到两个固定搭配：so adj .,...that和be familiar with ，所以这里的to用的不当
